Insight: Studies show that the Menstrual cycle can boost performance; when training, this should be tracked and adapted to like sleep, stress, and training volume.  During the ovulatory phase, a study showed an 11% increase in quad and handgrip strength. In addition to this, oestrogen assists in muscle repair and regeneration during recovery.

Chelsea Women's Football Club already trains according to their menstrual cycle; a partnership between under armour and Chelsea will stop girls from dropping out of sports at a young age.
